Very POOR customer service, and I have not received the $100. that they advertised as a sign up bonus, although I have paid for their services for the past 3+months…feel free to contact me @ mickeyjamesmusic @yahoo.com….and NO 1-800 number available to contact them…Their regular number gets a busy signal when called..What kind of company is this? Lets talk…and send me your recommendations for dependible other companies…thanx

  2. I have been trying like mad to pay my bill both online and by phone. Neither will allow me to do so meaning my service will probably be cut off at midnight through no fault of my own. Probably time to find another provider. What ever happened to the concept of customer service?

  3. 700 is dumb time to end cust svc. shld be 11 or so when pp arent busy. i used to work at att cust svc n they were open till 11 or so. very disappointed cant resolve my ph issue tonite.

  4. my phone goes off to emergency calls only 3 or 4 times a day I HAVE reported it half a dozen times it is very proper service. customer service says oh it is your phone. well it is a new phone so do not tell me that. I WILL WHEN I can get time go to a different a company that cares about their customers and fix the problem. so I am very very not happy with METRO AND THE SERVICE I get

  5. Lousy customer service. They said my Australian phone would not work Google Map in the USA and sold me a Samsung saying I can have my phone unlocked in Australia when I get back. It may have been all I needed was a local sim card which I asked for in the first place.
    That may or may not have been a lie, but the point is I have sent emails and rang the contact number so many times all to no avail to have the Samsung unlocked. Their customer service agent never told me about their unlocking policy. I needed to operate Google Map for the one month I was in the USA for.

  6. so for the INCONVENIENCE of not being able to pay my bill ONLINE. I was CHARGED an EXTRA $3.00. Plus 40 minutes of my time. Go back to the old way of paying bill on line. Was also inconvenienced trying to pay for 1 hour on line. Which do NOT work.

  7. Thus is the second cellphone that has been hacked! They charge for prayerlines and have illega apps on our phones that can, not only steal our money but keep constant track off our location. This behaviour violates all of our rights! 314_203_2733 was hacked for a year! I opened another account on the 6th of September and a mason leaked my number and name via text message before I left the store @4517 Delmar!

  8. The same thing happened to me, as David Daniel stated in the reference he named below. My payment was due today and cyberdine systems informed me that it wasn’t due to tomorrow; 3/30/2020. How can I trust a terminator to answer the phone? I cannot get anyone on the phone at my local MetroPcs,or any Live person to speak to me about my payment; etc. I can be reached at (714) 353xxxx.

  10. I switched from Boost to Metro just for a free phone and I wish I hadn’t. Every morning now for 2 days my phone goes out I can’t call out and my texts won’t go it says cellular network not available I have called the number 8888638768 it is a recording and she says she can’t transfer me for two days I have called well my phone eventually comes back on I have paid my bill but not good service I like my phone but not pleased with the service I’m sorry I switched. please I need to speak with a person. then she says she can’t find my number she is really pissing me off. I just want to switch back because Boost did treat me good. I guess I should have paid for another phone and stayed with Boost. An unsatisfied customer.

  11. I am having a problem with my hotspot I try and try to reach metro and cannot. when I dial 611 it just goes in circle processing and does not go through. Cannot reach anyone.

You can always switch over to T-Mobile they’re having plenty of cells buy one phone get one phone free they got a lot of stuff going on right now to check out the new stuff for the New Year’s hey I’m with T-Mobile and I’ve been with them for over 17 years and I’m loving it and at least you’ll be building your credit up and making good history is it New Year time to build a credit up good you don’t have to be worried about your phone number disconnected and if you have bad credit they don’t care they still give you a phone and help you build your credit T-Mobile yeah when you get them you build your credit up that’s why I told you should switch over to T-Mobile … what are you waiting for switch over to T-Mobile and no I do not work for them I just love being a part of their family
