I have problems and cant reach you. I keep being told See you later, Can you help
I have purchased a 30 day $40 plan for the US. Not sure why I seem to be using so much data when I think I am connected to wi fi except that I am taking photos and sharing them to my email address so that I can use on my computer…but usually when connected to wi fi.. Also do not know how to access Phone calls or texts account
Am concerned because I have 24 more days to go and have already apparently used 127 mbs. Wanted to discuss but cannot reach anybody by phone…push #3 and it basically tells me goodbye

ACTUALLY, I AM NOTIFYING YOU IN WRITING TO NO LONGER WITHDRAW MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCT., CONSIDER THIS YOUR FORMAL NOTICE.
