  1. Impossible to get an answer so I can file taxes. Just get shuffled from one place to another or stuffed into a music wait situation with no way to find out what’s going on.

  2. My children need to talk to someone to verify their address so they can get their 2019 refunds, which likely prevented them from getting COVID relief.
    IRS needs to hire more people.

  3. My taxes were filed electronically on 4/14. I have still not received my refund. The first time I checked the status it was accepted. From that point on it shows as being processed. I have tried several numbers to try and talk to a representative but always get the automated system. How can I find out why my refund is taking so long?
