Calling 1-800 -964-1800 last night , earlier this am and now at around 4 pm after speaking with a customer rep.
Constant ringing without any automated customer phone tree at all. Was able to call a different number this am with my complaint, to talk to a Nordstrom personnel, who refused to believe that it was a problem with their phone line, when I informed him to check on their phones.
