On 10-22-18 I cancelled AOL Tech Service, with it’s monthly charge of $14.99. Prior to my signing up for AOL tech services, I began to have all sorts of problems with my email and internet connections when FRONTIER COMMUNICATIONS backed out of supporting Internet and handed it off to AOL, despite the fact I have a bundle of services (TV, Internet and phone). IMMEDIATELY after subscribed to AOL Tech services, ALL problems disappeared ! (What a coincidence eh?) Now that I have cancelled my subscription to AOL Tech services, my internet (AOL) mail services have begun to have all sorts of problems and connection issues. I have been archiving and documenting all these problems, and if they are not solved PROMPTLY, I will be 1- Filing formal charges with my State Attorney General’s Office & FCC. 2- I will be consulting my attorneys in order to initiate an immediate injunction, via Show Cause Order, why AOL shouldn’t be barred from doing business in Florida. No arbitrations,; No settlements whereby AOL neither admits nor denies liability/culpability, it will be what the JURY decides.
