I have had much trouble, numerous phone calls,emails, etc. trying to reset my password for my account. I have used Tax Turbo for years but I am at the point of never using Tax Turbo again. You seldom ever get to talk to a live person. I did speak to a great person this morning who gave me helpful info but numerous attempts to change my password resulted in much frustration. I need a live person to assist me.
I used Turbo Tax to file my 2021 taxes. Received e-mail from Turbo Tax saying ready to be transmitted on 2/1. Same e-mail said file transmitted @ 5:42AM PST. Still have not received acknowledgement from IRS. Impossible to talk to a real person. I do not think my return was transmitted to IRS. I know many people who filed with Turbo Tax after 2/12 and they received acknowledgement fron IRS within 2 hours. How can I get taxes retransmitted>
I filed my taxes with turbo tax just this evening I, printed them and reviewed numbers, I found several mistakes. .Now, I cannot review and correct those figures. Thought I paid for accurate results
This is a nightmare! Have been on the phone for over an hour trying to get a human voice to talk to but to no avail…you did my taxes incorrectly and I need it fixed ASAP but no one will answer me! I am very upset about this a while experience and still waiting for my much needed refund.
