Not sure why I seem to be using so much data when I think I am connected to wi fi except that I am taking photos and sharing  them to my email address so that I can use on my computer...but usually when connected to wi fi.. Also do not know how to access Phone calls or texts account
Am concerned because I have 24 more days to go and have already apparently used 127 mbs. Wanted to discuss but cannot reach anybody by phone...push  #3 and it basically  tells me goodbye
Can some one help
A little frustrating for an 80 year old and want to remain a Virgin customer
