Can't get a live person. The recording said they will call back in "approximately 19 hours" !!!
I am handicapped with constant stroke caused vertigo - MS games with unwanted ads have whirling images which trigger my vertigo. I want the ads GONE - but MS wants me to pay to get rid of them. They are holding my computer HOSTAGE. The games otherwise help me relax and practice my motor skills and hand-eye coordination. I only want plain old solitaire games - NOT the various slot and other simulated gambling games. Now the ads have been lengthened
