The “ask us” function tells me to log in and click “ask us” again. Been there, done that, doesn’t work. Keeps circling back to the same page. My question is- Is there a way to change my username without opening a new account? And can I transfer my tags to the new account?

And, when I did get through the customer service rep was awesome.
