Raymond, if you made reservations on line, its best to contact the hotel you were going to stay at. Speak with the hotel general manager concerning your reservation and have them contact the third party site you made the reservation through. This will not guarantee a refund since it is through a third party site but you stand a better chance if the general Manager calls them directly. Hope this helps.
