The person who made my reservation spelled my name wrong and then had the pick up location as West Valley City, Utah. I was quoted 153.06 for 3 day rental. I had now way of getting out to West Valley from the airport to pick up the car, the West Valley location was not willing to bring the car to the airport as it your thing. We will pick you up” That is what is advertised. Nope I was told to take an uber, taxi, shuttle to my hotel and then I could find the location from there, but was never asked how can we make this write for you? I needed a car, I could not go to West Valley with two small children and 4 heavy bags. I ended up having to pay $100. more than I was locked in at for the reservation that I made. I am not happy with the service at all. The way it was handled was not ok. I will never call your 800 number again. I will call the location I wish to rent my car at from now on. The people you have answering and making reservation are unreliable. I did not receive a confirmation from anyone. How can you make this write for me?
