I got through to Carnival and was instructed that I did not have to wait on line to cancel – just go to the booking, click on cruise manager and cancel. Unfortunately, their website will not let me get into cruise manager to cancel. Then another cruise I booked for November had a lower price of $100 and I wanted to get that too. Again, I cannot get through to Carnival and hope they honor their “lowest price guarantee.”
I am totally frustrated with Carnival at this point. If I had an email address for them I would send them an email. I also want to send them a certified letter – again now I have to search for their address.
