					<description><![CDATA[I placed several online orders and three in store orders using a credit card and the orders are always cancelled. I have spent many, many hours on the phone trying get help figuring out what the problem is and have not gotten an answer. Once I was told the account was locked out. But  no one I talked to after that could verify it. I have been promised that some one would contact me within 48 hous. Never happened. I wrote a letter to the CEO. No response. On one call they assigned a case number. I was transferred to talk to other people three times. The third person gave me another case number. I will not be buying anything at Best Buy that I can buy somewhere else. The employees at the store are great. Other customer service is terrible.]]></description>
